The Star Navigator Series of rings stem from an interest in ancient astronomical and navigational devices, such as astrolabes, incredibly ornate but functional, invented by the Arabians, pre sextant. Others are progressions of Maori and Polynesian shell and twig maps used by our ancestors on there incredible voyagers of discovery. These rings require the wearer to have the knowledge to use the devices built into the ring to make the necessary calculations to journey across the vast distance of space to there own peril if incorrect .
